Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a security technical program leader focused on IAM to drive enterprise security initiatives across security, IT, engineering, product, and operations. You will shape identity lifecycle, access governance, MFA, PAM, SSO, and least-privilege, ensuring scalable, high-performance access to our cloud infrastructure.

You will partner with security and platform teams, provide regular updates, manage risks, automate joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and deliver measurable improvements

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management with IAM/security focus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, or related field
• Experience leading large-scale IAM initiatives (SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC)
• Knowledge of IAM platforms and Zero Trust principles
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with program tools (e.g., Jira)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise security and IAM program management
• Define scope, milestones, and success metrics; manage risks
• Partner with security, IT, engineering, product, and operations to align priorities
• Act as primary contact for security stakeholders and stakeholders; provide updates
• Facilitate discussions on identity, access, privacy, and compliance
• Develop scalable processes for access governance and lifecycle workflows
• Automate identity operations and improve reporting
• Communicate to diverse audiences effectively
