Job summary

CoreWeave in the United States is seeking a security-focused Technical Program Manager to lead OT and Network Security programs across data centers. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams spanning security engineering, data center operations, and legal to implement authoritative visibility and risk mitigation.

In this role, you will define and operationalize vulnerability management, drive third-party governance, and scale the network security program to new sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management with a security focus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, or related field
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments or physical security systems
• Strong understanding of network security fundamentals and governance

Responsibilities

• Stand up OT Security program across data centers CoreWeave owns and operates
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations to build OT asset inventory
• Define OT vulnerability management lifecycle with remediation SLAs
• Drive security standards and controls for network device administration
• Govern third-party colocation providers and evidence standards
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable program outcomes
