Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a seasoned security-focused technical program leader to drive enterprise IAM initiatives across security, IT, engineering, product and operations. You will own identity lifecycle, access governance, authentication, and privileged access, delivering scalable, least-privilege solutions that support fast, secure cloud adoption.

Based in Bellevue, WA, you will partner with cross-functional teams, manage risks, set milestones, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience in IAM, enterprise security, or identity governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience leading IAM initiatives (lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC, access certification).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise security and IAM initiatives across planning, execution, delivery, and retrospectives.
• Define scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing security risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with security, IT, engineering, product, and operations to align IAM priorities and deliverables.
