CoreWeave is seeking a security-focused Technical Program Manager to stand up OT and Network Security programs across owned data centers and third-party colocation sites. Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Technical Program Management experience focused on security, data center infrastructure, or network engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Working knowledge of OT/ICS environments or physical security systems.
• Solid understanding of network security fundamentals and configuration management.
• Proven ability to convert ambiguous problems into scoped programs with clear milestones.
• Experience driving third-party security governance, evidence standards and escalation paths.

Responsibilities

• Stand up OT Security program across data centers CoreWeave owns.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations to build an authoritative OT asset inventory across critical infrastructure.
• Define and operationalize an OT vulnerability-management lifecycle with SLAs.
• Drive compliance and accountability for OT security across third-party colocation providers.
• Drive CoreWeave's Network Security program with authoritative visibility into production network devices and configs.
• Define standards for network device administration and access policy with a formal exception process.
• Translate priorities into sequenced, resourced program plans and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
