Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a security-focused Technical Program Manager to lead enterprise IAM initiatives. You will drive identity lifecycle, access governance, SSO/MFA, and privileged access across cross-functional teams, ensuring least-privilege and scalable, compliant cloud security.

You will partner with security, IT, engineering, product, and operations to define scope, milestones, and success metrics, while communicating status and mitigating risks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management with IAM or enterprise security.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, or equivalent.
• Experience leading large-scale IAM initiatives (Joiner/Mover/Leaver, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC).
• Working knowledge of IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD) and Zero Trust concepts.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across tech and non-tech teams.
• Proficient with Jira and Google Sheets for program delivery.
• Proven track record in process definition and adoption across teams.
• Ability to drive cross-functional prioritization, risks, and autonomously manage multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end TPM for enterprise security and IAM initiatives.
• Define scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and dependencies.
• Partner with security, IT, engineering, product management and operations.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Facilitate technical discussions on identity, access, privacy and compliance.
• Develop scalable processes like access certification and least-privilege reviews.
• Automate identity operations and improve reporting and day-to-day tasks.
• Tailor communications to diverse audiences across levels.
