Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Security Technical Program Leader focused on OT and Network Security. You will drive cross-functional programs across data centers, asset inventories, vulnerability management, and third-party compliance to ensure secure, scalable cloud operations.

You will partner with Data Center Operations and Security teams to implement authoritative governance, risk management, and policy enforcement across global sites while communicating progress to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Technical Program Management with a security focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience standing up a program from the ground up in OT/Network security.
• Strong knowledge of OT/ICS environments and physical security systems.

Responsibilities

• Stand up OT Security program across data centers CoreWeave owns and operates.
• Build an authoritative OT asset inventory with Data Center Operations.
• Define OT vulnerability management lifecycle with SLAs and exception handling.
• Drive security compliance and accountability across third-party colocation providers.
• Lead the Network Security program with visibility into production devices and access rules.
• Design Network Security program to scale across global sites and deployment models.
• Collaborate with Security Engineering Manager and Technical Lead to translate priorities into plans.
• Define strategy, milestones, and risk management for both workstreams.
• Act as primary contact for cross-functional stakeholders with regular status updates.
• Tailor communications to diverse audiences from ops to executives.
