Job summary

CoreWeave seeks an experienced security program leader focused on IAM to drive end-to-end enterprise IAM initiatives. You will oversee identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and privileged access, ensuring least-privilege, scalable outcomes and strong risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Technical Program Management focusing on IAM, security, or identity governance.
• Proven track record leading large IAM initiatives (lifecycle, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC).
• Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-functional alignment and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise security IAM initiatives across teams.
• Define scope, milestones, risks, and success metrics with governance.
• Partner with security, IT, engineering, product, and operations to align priorities.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, delivering status updates and mitigating risks.
• Drive scalable processes such as access certification and joiner/mover/leaver workflows.
