Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to enhance enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity and LDAP services. You will manage SSO, MFA, and directory services, supporting a 24x7 enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include configuring Ping Identity suites, LDAP installations, automation, and incident resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong background in IAM and scripting will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, and Risk-Based Authentication.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues involving SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP.
