Responsibilities include administration, troubleshooting, automation, and 24x7 operational support for SSO, MFA, and directory services across the enterprise. You will collaborate with infra, security, and application teams to improve reliability and security while applying scripting in PowerShell, Python, and Shell.

Qualifikationen

7+ years in IAM.
5+ years with Ping Identity and LDAP.
3+ years with Radiant Logic or similar LDAP solutions.
3+ years Linux and Windows administration.
3+ years PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API automation.

Aufgaben

Administer Ping Identity platforms and related IAM components.
Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys.
Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
Manage LDAP directory services like RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory.
Support LDAP migrations and service accounts.
Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotation.
Monitor, log, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams.
