Qualifications
- 7+ years in IAM roles
- 5+ years with Ping Identity and LDAP technologies
- 3+ years on Linux and Windows
- 3+ years automation with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs
- Strong troubleshooting across auth, federation, networking, and directory services
Responsibilities
- Administer Ping Identity platforms and MFA solutions
- Configure SSO, MFA, and Passwordless authentication
- Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP issues
- Maintain LDAP directory services and migrations
- Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call support
- Perform monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security teams
