Qualifications
- 7+ years of IAM experience with hands-on design and implementation.
- 5+ years with Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication platforms.
- 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or Ping Directory.
- 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
- 3+ years of automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and IAM services.
- Configure SSO, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
- Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
- Manage LDAP directories (RadiantOne, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli DS).
- Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support.
- Collaborate with infra, security, and app teams.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline processes.
- Maintain runbooks and documentation.
