CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise IAM platforms including Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication solutions. The role focuses on administration, troubleshooting, automation, and 24x7 support of SSO, MFA, and directory services in a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Ping Identity suites, LDAP directories, and related infrastructure, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure
Qualificações
- 7+ years of IAM experience.
- 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP.
- 3+ years with Radiant Logic or enterprise LDAP solutions.
- 3+ years on Linux and Windows.
- 3+ years with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API automation.
- Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.
Responsabilidades
- Administer Ping Identity platforms and SSO/MFA solutions.
- Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
- Install and maintain LDAP directory services (RadiantOne, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli).
- Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotation.
- Perform monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams on issues.
