Qualifications

7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
3+ years of Linux and Windows administration.
3+ years of automation with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

Administer Ping Identity platforms and related MFA, SSO, and directory services.
Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys.
Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
Manage LDAP directories like RadiantOne, Ping Directory, and Tivoli.
Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotation.
Automate operational tasks with scripting; monitor and tune platforms.
Support disaster recovery, upgrades, and patching.
Collaborate with infra, network, security, and apps teams.
