Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP directory services, and authentication solutions in a 24x7 environment. You will administer, troubleshoot, automate, and provide operational support for SSO, MFA, and directory services, collaborating with security, network, and application teams.

Qualifications

7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
3+ years of Linux and Windows administration.
3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.
Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Ping Identity platforms incl. PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, and related tools.
Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys authentication solutions.
Troubleshoot issues involving SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP and related technologies.
Maintain LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli Directory Server).
Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts, ACIs, and directory consolidation.
