CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to enhance enterprise IAM platforms such as Ping Identity and LDAP services. You will manage SSO, MFA, and directory services in a 24x7 environment, including automation and incident response.

The role requires 7+ years in IAM, strong Ping Directory experience, radio LDAP tools, and cross-platform skills on Linux and Windows. A high emphasis on security, reliability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic, Ping Directory, or enterprise LDAP.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows.
• 3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API automation.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA).
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Maintain LDAP directories: RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server.
• Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotation.
• Proactive monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and apps teams to fix connectivity issues.
• Utilize scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Shell, APIs) to streamline ops.
• Document runbooks and improve operational processes.
