Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement and operate enterprise IAM platforms across the organization. You will administer Ping Identity environments, LDAP directories, and MFA solutions in a 24x7 production setting.

You will build automation using PowerShell/Python, collaborate with security, network, and application teams, and drive incident response, root cause analysis, and improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity and LDAP technologies.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic or enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years of automation with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms and LDAP directories.
• Configure SSO, MFA, and Passwordless authentication.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization across SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP.
• Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotation and incident resolution.
• Develop automation to streamline operational processes and reliability.
