Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows environments.
• 3+ years with automation via PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms and related IAM components.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and Passkeys.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and related technologies.
• Manage LDAP directories (RadiantOne, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli).
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotations.
• Monitor, analyze incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and remediate vulnerabilities.
