CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms, including Ping Identity and LDAP services. This role covers SSO, MFA, and related infrastructure in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

You'll collaborate with security, network, and application teams, pursue automation with PowerShell and Python, participate in on-call rotations, and help drive modernization of authentication and directory services across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic, Ping Directory, or enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years of automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking and directory services.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and related IAM components.
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and related technologies.
• Maintain LDAP services including RadiantOne, Ping Directory, ODSEE, and Tivoli.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotations.
• Perform monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Develop automation using scripting tools to streamline operations.
• Document runbooks and contribute to knowledge articles.
