Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to strengthen enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms. You will administer Ping Identity suites, LDAP services, and authentication solutions in a 24x7 environment, focusing on SSO, MFA, and passwordless authentication to safeguard access for colleagues and systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or Ping Directory.
• 3+ years with both Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, and Risk-Based Authentication.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support SSO and MFA solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Install and maintain LDAP directory services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, and directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotation.
