Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to enhance enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity and LDAP services, in a 24x7 environment. You will administer identity solutions, implement SSO/MFA, and collaborate across security, network, and application teams.

You will troubleshoot authentication issues, drive automation through PowerShell and Python, and participate in DR exercises and platform upgrades. A strong learning mindset and leadership in IAM are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IAM experience
• 5+ years Ping Identity & LDAP experience
• 3+ years Radiant Logic/LDAP
• 3+ years Linux and Windows
• 3+ years automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell, APIs)
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms, LDAP services, and related IAM infrastructure.
• Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP authentication issues.
• Install, administer, and maintain LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM TDS).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, and service accounts.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotation.
• Monitor, analyze logs, perform incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
• Assist with disaster recovery exercises, upgrades, patching, and readiness testing.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams to resolve load balancer/DNS/SSL issues.
• Develop and maintain runbooks; automate processes with scripting and APIs.
• Leverage AI to improve automation and self-service capabilities.
