Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity and LDAP, delivering reliable SSO, MFA, and directory services in a 24x7 environment.

You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize authentication workflows, collaborate across infrastructure, security, and application teams, and use PowerShell, Python, and APIs to automate operational tasks while supporting disaster recovery and upgrades.

Qualifications

7+ years of IAM experience.
5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP tech.
3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or enterprise LDAP.
3+ years across Linux and Windows platforms.
3+ years of automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Ping Identity platforms.
Configure SSO and MFA solutions.
Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
Maintain LDAP directory services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli).
Support LDAP integrations and migrations.
Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotations.
Perform monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with infra, network, security teams on connectivity issues.
