Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms, including Ping Identity and LDAP services, in a 24x7 environment.

You will automate operations with PowerShell, Python, and shell scripts, troubleshoot authentication issues, and collaborate with security, network, and application teams to ensure reliable access for users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IAM with enterprise-grade platforms.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows environments.
• 3+ years automation with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity suites and LDAP directory services.
• Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
• Install and maintain LDAP directories (RadiantOne, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli).
• Support LDAP app integrations and migrations; manage service accounts.
• Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotation.
• Perform proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infra, security, network, and application teams.
