Qualifications
- 7+ years of IAM experience.
- 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP.
- 3+ years with Radiant Logic or enterprise LDAP solutions.
- 3+ years Linux and Windows experience.
- 3+ years of automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell, APIs).
- Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation and directory services.
Responsibilities
- Administer Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory).
- Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless and Passkeys solutions.
- Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
- Maintain LDAP services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli).
- Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotation.
- Monitor, diagnose, resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.
