Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years Linux and Windows administration.
• 3+ years of automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms and related IAM components.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, and Passkeys.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP auth issues.
• Maintain LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, and service accounts.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotations.
• Perform monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with infra, security, and app teams on load balancers, DNS, TLS, proxies.
• Leverage scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Shell, APIs) to streamline ops.
• Use AI to improve automation and self-service capabilities.
