Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic and enterprise LDAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci).
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Maintain LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server).
• Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotation.
• Perform monitoring, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
