Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP directory services, and authentication solutions.

You will be responsible for administration, troubleshooting, automation, and 24x7 support of SSO, MFA, directory services, and related infrastructure in a large, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years of Ping Identity products, LDAP, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic, Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, Risk-Based Authentication).
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Install and maintain LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts, ACIs, and directory consolidation.
