Qualifications
- 7+ years IAM experience across enterprise platforms.
- 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
- 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or similar LDAP solutions.
- 3+ years on Linux and Windows servers.
- 3+ years of automation using PowerShell or Python.
- Strong troubleshooting across authentication, federation and directory services.
Responsibilities
- Administrate Ping Identity platforms and related IAM services.
- Configure and support SSO, MFA, and passwordless auth.
- Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP integrations.
- Maintain LDAP directories and migrations, service accounts, and ACIs.
- participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for IAM services.
- Automate operational tasks and contribute to runbooks and docs.
