Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication solutions.

You will administer, troubleshoot, automate, and provide 24x7 operational support for SSO, MFA, directory services, and related infrastructure in a large, enterprise environment. The role emphasizes problem solving, scripting, and cross-team collaboration to improve IAM capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IAM experience across identity platforms.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic or enterprise LDAP.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows environments.
• 3+ years of automation via scripting or APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and LDAP services.
• Configure SSO, MFA, and Passwordless authentication solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support and incident response.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, and APIs.
• Collaborate with security, network, and application teams on IAM.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and improve processes.
