Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a Principal IAM Engineer to lead the design and evolution of the bank's enterprise identity security capabilities, ensuring secure, scalable access for employees, contractors, applications, and cloud platforms. Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM/Identity Security experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms and cloud identity services.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and engineering standards for identity security.
• Design and deliver scalable identity solutions across SailPoint, Okta, AD, AWS, Terraform, and GitHub.
• Own privileged access management tooling and lifecycle (Delinea Secret Server).
• Build AI-enabled engineering workflows and identity governance automation.
• Define non-human identity capabilities and lifecycle governance.
• Lead complex identity initiatives with cross-functional partnerships.
• Evaluate emerging identity security capabilities and responsible AI adoption.
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering standards across the org.
