Job summary

Worldwide is seeking a Principal Identity Governance and Administration leader to architect, design, and operate enterprise IAM capabilities in a complex, global environment. You will partner across Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps and business teams to modernize authentication and access models and strengthen governance.

The role focuses on designing scalable identity solutions, implementing RBAC, and leading hands-on engineering using PowerShell and cloud identity tools.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on IAM architecture, engineering and operations.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure and Active Directory.
• Experience with SQL or relational data platforms for reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, LDAP and SCIM.
• Experience implementing enterprise-grade IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta).

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement and support enterprise IAM solutions for workforce, privileged, service and application identities.
• Serve as technical authority for Microsoft Entra ID, including CA, MFA, SSO, PIM, access reviews and identity protection.
• Design and support hybrid identity solutions spanning AD, Azure, Entra ID and cloud/SaaS platforms.
• Lead hands-on engineering and automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and related tooling.
• Develop and mature IAM integration patterns using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP and related standards.
• Support RBAC, least privilege, privileged access governance and lifecycle management processes.
