Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Engineer to architect, scale, and modernize security for 50,000+ global employees and partners. You will drive identity strategy across a hybrid multi-cloud environment, lead migrations during M&A, and champion Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP) and JIT access patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/InfoSec.
• 10+ years in Information Security and IAM, with 5+ years as a Lead/Principal Architect.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Kerberos.
• Experience with IdPs (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta) and PAM/IGA platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise IAM architecture standards and reference blueprints.
• Lead cross-domain identity consolidation across Okta, Entra ID, Ping and directories.
• Design cross-cloud federation, B2B frameworks, and tenant boundary governance.
• Architect SSO, IGA, and PAM solutions; drive secure identity strategies.
• Oversee identity discovery, migration, and domain consolidation during M&A.
