Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise IAM across a hyper-scale, multi-cloud environment.

You will drive M&A integration identity strategies, champion Zero Standing Privilege, and architect non-human and frontline identity solutions, ensuring secure access for 50,000+ employees and contractors.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related field.
• 10+ years in Information Security and Identity Management, with 5+ years as Lead/Principal Enterprise IAM Architect.
• Proven expertise with enterprise IdPs (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta) and IGA/PAM platforms.
• Knowledge of SOX 404 ITGC, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.
• Exceptional executive communication and ability to translate identity concepts to business risk decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including SSO, identity lifecycle management, IGA and PAM.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Security, IT Operations, HR, and Applications.
• Develop policies, standards, and reference architectures for enterprise IAM.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate SoWs and migrations (e.g., ADFS to Okta).
• Automate provisioning workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory controls.
