Cardinal Health is seeking a highly experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Architect to join the Workforce Identity team. You will architect and scale secure identity in a hyper-scale, multi-cloud environment, guiding cross-domain federation, SSO, and IAM governance for 50,000+ employees and contractors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise IAM architecture standards for SSO, IGA, and directory services.
Evaluate vendor SoWs for complex migrations (e.g., ADFS to Okta).
Architect hybrid multi-cloud IAM bridges (on-prem AD/ADFS with GCP/AWS/Azure).
Lead IAM workstreams for M&A integrations and consolidations of IdPs.
Design self-service access and RBAC/PBAC models with SoD controls.
