Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to lead enterprise IAM strategy across hybrid multi-cloud environments. You will define standards for SSO, IGA, and PAM, drive M&A identity migrations, and architect cross-cloud federation with Okta, Entra ID, and SailPoint integrations.

You'll collaborate with Security, IT Ops, HR, and Applications to ensure SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance, while advancing Zero Standing Privilege and JIT access controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
• 10+ years in Information Security and Identity Management with 5+ years as Lead/Principal IAM Architect.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise IAM architecture standards for SSO, IGA, and directory services.
• Evaluate vendor SoWs and integration patterns for complex migrations (e.g., ADFS to Okta).
• Architect hybrid/multi-cloud IAM bridges and cross-cloud federation.
• Lead IAM workstreams for M&A; consolidate IdPs into a unified SSO platform.
• Drive identity discovery, migration, and consolidation for new entities.
