Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on infrastructure, developer productivity, or platform engineering.
• Strong understanding of modern build systems, toolchains, and artifact generation.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based development, Docker, and containerized builds.
• Experience with large-scale C/C++ builds and reproducible builds.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain build orchestration systems and tooling.
• Improve build speed, reliability, reproducibility, and debuggability across local and CI workflows.
• Own and evolve containerized build environments with reproducible images.
• Tackle large-scale C/C++ build challenges and dependency pruning.
• Diagnose build issues, flaky builds, and incremental regressions.
• Collaborate to shape the team's technical roadmap for build systems.
• Uphold operational excellence for build infrastructure and observability.
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of ownership.
