Qualifications

• Experience debugging complex distributed systems across platform, firmware, and software layers.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and storage technologies (SSD/NVMe/NAND).
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++ and building automated diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause investigations of high-stakes failures in large-scale distributed systems.
• Build system health automation, diagnostics, and predictive health-monitoring services.
• Collaborate with hyperscaler engineering teams to resolve deep integration challenges.
• Drive reliability improvements by feeding escalation findings into product roadmaps.
