Job summary

Everpure, a data platform innovator, seeks a senior hardware-focused engineer to drive end-to-end validation for hyperscale storage solutions. You will collaborate with hyperscale customers, ODM/JDM partners, and internal teams to translate requirements into production-ready hardware and optimize TCO.

The role emphasizes rigorous validation, system hardening, and cross-functional productization across storage technologies, with an office-based requirement in Santa Clara.

Qualifications

• Experience qualifying complex server/storage/accelerated computing platforms across electrical, protocol and functional levels.
• Strong skills in high-speed signal analysis and thermal dynamics of storage systems.
• Hands-on with OS/kernel hardware debugging tools and system firmware (BIOS, BMC).
• Proven ability to build and scale hardware validation test beds via scripting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and automate hardware validation projects with hyperscale customers and vendors to ensure production readiness.
• Perform root-cause analysis of failures, analyze high-speed captures, resolve electrical/thermal/firmware issues.
• Review high-speed interfaces and thermal trade-offs to meet hyperscale efficiency standards.
• Collaborate across software, operations, and manufacturing to integrate storage technologies.
• Develop automated qualification frameworks to improve platform consistency and testing workflows.
