Job summary

Everpure, a data platform leader, invites a Senior Software Engineer to join the Build Environments and Tools team within the Hyperscale Line of Business. You will build and optimize large-scale C/C++ build infrastructures, focusing on speed, reliability, and reproducibility.

You’ll own containerized build environments, tackle large-scale build challenges, and mentor peers while partnering with engineers across the Hyperscale org to reduce friction in developer workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering in infrastructure or developer productivity
• Experience with large-scale C/C++ builds and build optimizations
• Familiarity with Linux-based development environments and containerized builds

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain build orchestration systems and tooling
• Improve build speed, reliability, and reproducibility across local and CI
• Own containerized build environments and reproducible images
• Work on large-scale C/C++ build challenges including dependency pruning
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering culture
• Collaborate with teams to align tooling investments with product delivery
