Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Hardware Lead Engineer for its Hyperscale Lines of Business in Santa Clara. You will drive the hardware engineering lifecycle, bridge customer requirements with engineering execution, and own the hardware powering next-generation data infrastructure.

You will lead qualification, production readiness, and fault analysis using high-speed tools; mentor teammates and optimize components like PCIe, DDR4/5, power, and BMCs.

Qualifications

• Advanced mastery of x86 architectures and enterprise storage systems.
• Experience with PCIe, memory, power design and high-speed interfaces.
• Strong Python or Bash scripting for automation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware qualification cycles including electrical tests and SI.
• Coordinate production readiness with operations and manufacturing test teams.
• Analyze root-cause of hardware failures using oscilloscope traces.
• Mentor peers and elevate hardware qualification processes.
