T-Mobile is seeking a Hyperlocal Playbook Sr Mgr who defines market archetypes, identifies winning plays, and builds a living playbook that guides field teams across diverse markets. You will partner with analysts to translate findings into actionable recommendations and maintain tools and standards for field execution.

You will drive cadence for playbook updates and ensure the field teams have clear priorities for campaigns, channels, and sequencing to maximize market penetration and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related work experience. Or, a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• 6+ years in marketing strategy, field marketing, or GTM strategy with demonstrated experience building frameworks connecting market conditions to tactical recommendations.
• Strong analytical orientation with data partnership and translating findings into strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the market archetype framework for Fiber; classify markets by conditions and portfolio evolution.
• Build and refine winning plays for each archetype—campaigns, tactics, channels, audiences, and sequencing.
• Define success criteria for each archetype: penetration velocity, conversion rates, and CAC benchmarks.
• Establish criteria for market classification and reclassification as conditions change.
• Own the Hyperlocal Playbook as a living document and keep it field-executable.
• Provide clear, field-ready guidance on tactics, cadence, and sequencing within each play.
• Translate analytics into plain-language playbook updates and ensure feedback loops inform updates.
