T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Mgr for the Hyperlocal Playbook to define market archetypes and winning plays, translating data into actionable field guidance for our fiber strategy.

This remote role collaborates with analytics and field teams to ensure timely, targeted campaigns across markets. You will own the living playbook, set archetype criteria, and update tactics based on performance and feedback from Market Activation Managers and regional leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in marketing strategy, field marketing, or GTM strategy.
• Strong analytical orientation and ability to translate data into direction.
• Experience in telecom, broadband, or a consumer business with geographies varying strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain T-Mobile Fiber's market archetype framework and classification system.
• Build and continuously refine the set of winning plays for each archetype.
• Define success criteria: penetration velocity, conversion rates, and CAC benchmarks.
• Own and maintain the Hyperlocal Playbook as a living document for field readiness.
• Translate analytics findings into plain-language playbook updates for field teams.
