T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Mgr for Hyperlocal Playbook development. You will own a living playbook that guides field teams across markets, defining archetypes and winning plays.

Collaborate with analysts to translate insights into actionable field guidance, set performance standards, and drive updates as markets evolve. Remote role with periodic travel, partnering with Market Activation Managers, Regional Field Leads, and the broader Field Marketing Strategy & Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related work experience.
• 6+ years in marketing strategy, field marketing, or GTM strategy.
• Strong analytical orientation and ability to work with data.
• Proven ability to build structured frameworks and living playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Hyperlocal Playbook as a living document for field execution.
• Develop archetype-based winning plays with campaigns, tactics, and channels.
• Define success metrics: penetration velocity, CPA, and conversion benchmarks.
• Establish classification criteria and reclassification processes for markets.
• Translate analytics into actionable field guidance and updates.
