The role partners with analytics, Market Activation Managers, and Regional Field Leads to translate insights into actionable local plans and documented playbook updates. Travel is required for market observation and cross-functional planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related work experience.
• 6+ years in marketing strategy, field marketing, or GTM strategy.
• Strong analytical orientation with data, analysts, and translating findings into strategy.
• Proven ability to build structured frameworks and living playbooks.
• Experience in a distributed field environment.
• Strong written communication; distill complex strategy into guidance.
• Experience in telecom, broadband, or consumer business is preferred.
• Background in market segmentation or competitive intelligence preferred.
• Familiarity with hyperlocal marketing tactics: door-to-door, local events, geo-targeted digital.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain T-Mobile Fiber's market archetype framework and classification logic.
• Build and refine winning plays for each archetype, including campaigns, tactics, channels, audiences, and sequencing.
• Define success conditions: penetration velocity, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition by market type.
• Establish criteria for market classification and reclassification when conditions change.
• Own the Hyperlocal Playbook as a living document and ensure it's field-ready.
• Develop field-ready standards and guidance so Market Activation Managers can plan locally without ambiguity.
• Define tactic-level guidance within each winning play, with rationale for field teams.
• Set update cadence for playbook improvements based on performance data and field feedback.
