Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of related work experience.
• 6+ years in marketing strategy, field marketing, or GTM strategy.
• Strong analytical orientation: comfortable with data and translating findings into strategic direction.
• Proven ability to build structured frameworks and playbooks used by field or sales teams.
• Experience in a distributed field environment with strategy-to-execution gap awareness.
• Strong written communication; ability to distill complex strategy into actionable field guidance.
• Experience in telecom, broadband, or consumer business with varying geographies.
• Familiarity with hyperlocal marketing tactics: door-to-door, local events, geo-targeted digital, partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain T-Mobile Fiber market archetypes and winning plays.
• Build and refine the set of winning plays by archetype for campaigns, tactics, channels, audiences, and sequencing.
• Define success criteria for each archetype: penetration velocity, conversion rates, and CAC benchmarks.
• Establish criteria for market classifications and review reclassification as conditions change.
• Own the Hyperlocal Playbook as a living document and ensure field-ready updates.
