T-Mobile is seeking a Hyperlocal Playbook Senior Manager to lead the intelligence behind Fiber field strategy. You will define market archetypes, craft winning plays, and maintain a living playbook used by field teams across markets.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with analysts, translate insights into tactical recommendations, and drive updates to playbooks as markets evolve. Expect remote work with travel to markets and cross-functional planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related work experience in marketing strategy or GTM strategy.
• Strong analytical orientation with ability to translate data into strategic direction.
• Experience building living playbooks or knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and refine the market archetype framework and winning plays.
• Own and update the hyperlocal playbook as a living document.
• Partner with analysts to translate data into actionable field guidance.
• Enable field teams with training and planning support, ensuring alignment with playbook guidance.
• Iterate playbooks based on field feedback and performance data.
