Aufgaben

• Define and maintain T-Mobile Fiber's market archetype framework (classification by competitive, demographic and structural conditions).
• For each archetype, build and refine the set of winning plays—campaigns, tactics, channels, audiences and sequencing.
• Define success criteria for each archetype: penetration velocity, conversion rates and CAC benchmarks at each maturity stage.
• Establish criteria for market classification and the process to reclassify markets when conditions change.
• Own the Hyperlocal Playbook as a living document and ensure it reflects current learnings and not outdated assumptions.
• Make the playbook field-ready so a Market Activation Manager can translate it into a local plan with clear priors and triggers.
• Provide tactic-level guidance within each winning play—geo-targeting, event cadences, partner activation sequences, with rationale.
• Set a regular cadence for playbook updates, incorporating performance data and competitive intelligence to maintain relevance.
