• Supervise development of multi-discipline cost estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate input from civil, structural, mechanical, electrical disciplines.
• Prepare basis of cost estimate and labor work plans.
• Support procurement, change, and claims valuation.
• Interface with clients and maintain estimate defensibility.
