Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to provide an outstanding customer experience while inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems in our single-family rental homes. You will handle preventive maintenance and respond to service requests.
The role requires a high school diploma, HVAC and EPA certifications, plus 5 years of maintenance experience. You must own basic tools, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to on-call weekends and evenings as
Formación
- HS diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC Certification preferred; EPA Certification required.
- Minimum 5 years in general maintenance and service.
Responsabilidades
- Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to service requests.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
- Maintain safety and regulatory compliance in daily work.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
