Job summary
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced HVAC technician for our Wayne, PA site. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing facility systems, with substantial wrench time and multi-craft responsibilities in plumbing, electrical, and piping.
You will troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize air handling, refrigeration, boilers, and water systems, and participate in on-call coverage and after-hours work as needed. Benefits included.
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial building systems and refrigeration components.
- Proficient in diagnosing HVAC-R equipment and performing repairs.
- Ability to operate and read electrical systems (single/three-phase).
- Willingness to be on-call and work after hours when needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation of HVAC/HVAC-R, utilities and site systems.
- Diagnose, repair, and preventive maintenance with high wrench time.
- Monitor alarms and adjust HVAC components including chillers, boilers and pumps.
- Install and repair plumbing, piping, electrical controls and motors.
- Be available for on-call shifts and after-hours work as needed.
