Qualifications

5+ years working with commercial building systems, specifically including components with refrigeration.
Experience with Siemens or Allen-Bradley BAS systems.
Universal EPA 608 certification (Refrigeration).
Must have adequate skills to perform required job functions with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication; available for 24-hour coverage.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily operation of site HVAC/HVAC-R, utilities and site systems.
Responds to alarms and performs troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Monitor and adjust HVAC equipment, boilers, pumps, and controls.
Install, repair plumbing piping, motors, and electrical components under supervision.
Work is multi-craft; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working at heights.
